Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information is collected through this website, how it is used, and the rights you have over it.

Who is responsible for your data

Natalia Nobes Health Coaching is the data controller for personal information collected through natalianobes.co.uk. You can reach me at hello@natalianobes.co.uk with any question about this policy or your data.

What is collected

When you complete the contact form, the information you enter is collected: your name, email address, what you are interested in, and the content of your message.

No account is created and no information beyond what you submit is gathered from the form.

How it is used

Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to work with me, to deliver and administer coaching.

The lawful basis is legitimate interest for replying to an enquiry you initiated, and contract where coaching is agreed.

Your information is never sold, rented or shared for marketing. You will not be added to a mailing list from the contact form.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to coaching are deleted within twelve months.

Where coaching takes place, records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations, generally six years, and then deleted.

Who else processes it

This site is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses in order to serve pages and maintain security.

Contact form messages are delivered by email through a standard email provider. Both act as processors under contract and neither uses your data for its own purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its processing, and request that it be transferred elsewhere.

To exercise any of these, email hello@natalianobes.co.uk. A response will be provided within one month.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Confidentiality of coaching

Anything discussed in a coaching session is treated as confidential and is not shared with anyone, with the narrow exception of a genuine risk of serious harm to you or another person, or where disclosure is required by law.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
